About Us
Operation What's Next provides mentors to enhance education, while promoting community involvement. The vision is to create an integrated community where business, religious, and government leaders are invested in the knowledge of all citizens to build a better society.

At Operation What's Next, we believe that through positive mentorship our mentees will be able to set and accomplish attainable goals in education and career choices. This interaction will reinforce productive individual characteristics, such as knowledge, integrity, and dependability, while instilling a sense of duty to contribute, appreciate and respect mentor-mentee relationships, enabling them to become better team members and active citizens in their communities.

Operation What's Next will provide outstanding mentorship and guidance to young adults that will give them the tools to enhance their career potential.
What We Do
Operation What's Next focuses on three objectives:

First Objective: The protege will exhibit the basis and expectations of character while making necessary steps towards future plans and goals. Basis of character is defined as contribution, appreciation, respect, and patience. Expectations of character are defined as responsibility, accountability, dependability, and encouragement.

Second Objective: To focus mentees on school curriculums to build a knowledge base necessary to choose a direction for plans or goals. This will include the four core subjects as well as electives.

Third Objective: To develop in students the transition from learning to active citizenry with the tools of character and knowledge.

Note: Workshops are given twice a month in partnering schools.
